Challenge
The fashion industry relies heavily on information technology for countless reasons. A significant amount of design work is done and stored within these businesses. Additionally, they often have a number of large graphics and files which need to be stored, as well. Furthermore, fashion companies often operate from multiple spaces: offices, warehouses, retail spaces, etc. In which case, networking, information sharing, and security for these spaces can be challenging, especially in terms of cost efficiency.
Our Solution
To assist with these client challenges, we design and implement cost-efficient NAS units for storage and backup using different storage tiers depending on how often various files are being accessed. Our various storage tiers have different pricing models that can provide savings, by using lower cost options for the file which are accessed less frequently. We design and deploy SD-WAN to connect client’s different operation spaces to eliminate expensive dedicated circuits between sites. Additionally, we will set up and configure internet backup using LTE cellular network. With the above solutions, we work to ensure clients are receiving the most affordable solutions to suit their specific needs. With these solutions, cost and risk are reused simultaneously. For the implementation of these solutions, we rely upon the following technology: NAS and backup appliance, cloud-based firewall, LTE cellular network access.
