• Maintain
Key system monitoring, including a software probe.

Recommended for most businesses. Together with the services listed above, Noviant will install a software probe on your system which monitors the workings of your systems and issues an alert if readings indicate the possibility of an undesirable situation. For example, if usage goes up suddenly and drastically, the difficulty can be handled before the network actually goes down.

This plan also includes one hour of onsite service per month.

• Maintain Plus
Key system monitoring, including a hardware probe.

Recommended for businesses with high computer utilization. Together with the services listed above, Noviant will install a hardware probe on your site which monitors all your SNMP systems, constantly pinging your network and testing the router, switches, and other network devices. The probe can also provide detailed information about your network, such as traffic routing.

This plan also includes two hours of onsite service per month.
